Refund and Shipping policies

Our processing time is currently (as of 01/12/2021) at a rate of 3-5 business days...this does not include weekends or holidays. Which means that your order will be shipped out accordingly from your order date, if not sooner. Please take note that during holiday seasons this may take longer. We do our very best to complete all orders quickly, but also take pride in our designed work, so we do ensure to create each and every order accurately and professionally.

I can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure upon checkout that the correct address is input. I can not send out replacement items if the original order was delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

Items will be shipped from the printer. All United States orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified and will receive a Delivery Confirmation number to track your package to ensure proper delivery.

Once your order ships, I no longer have control over your package or delivery times! I can not provide any additional information than what the USPS provides via their tracking!

No refunds or replacements will be issued for any reason. (unless there was an error on our part)

Experiences that are out of our control include but are not limited to:

-Delivery to incorrect address by USPS

-An incorrect delivery based on a customer's address given at time of checkout. (We encourage double checking shipping address before submitting order)

-Items damaged in transit

-Items that do not fit due to sizing (We recommend reviewing the size charts in all listings prior to placing an order to ensure proper fit)

-Lost packages

**Insurance is an option at checkout...Insurance IS NOT included in standard shipping. (First Class Mail)
